Bibi Revere Store Credit and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Bibi Revere! As a small business, we do not accept returns. However, we are pleased to offer store credit on eligible purchases. Please review our policy below:
1. Store Credit Only (No Returns)

Eligibility for Store Credit: To qualify for store credit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Store credit can only be applied to future purchases of the same price or less. Any remaining credit from items priced lower than your store credit amount cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns. Certain items are final sale and ineligible for store credit, including:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Intimates
- Swimwear
- Discounted items

Credit Validity: Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Exchanges
- Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, if available. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once item availability is confirmed, we will guide you through the exchange process.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and description of the issue. We will issue a replacement or store credit, valid for items of equal or lesser value.
4. Sale and Clearance Items
- Final Sale: Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or credited. Please verify sizes and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
